Often, young employees and graduates find themselves between a rock and a hard place. They are keen to enter the workforce to follow their passion and purpose to find that most potential employers require them to have work-experience! Now work experience is great; however, what these potential employers do not understand is that it is this youthful and purposeful energy is what is required to ensure positive change continues to evolve within their organisation keeping it current. And that hiring "experience" ensures that evolutionary change in their organisation is at-best slowed down considerable if not reversed!

CxO Consulting, through its YouthQuake IP (InPlacement®) programs effectively "hires" the young to work on our programs with our clients in a variety of roles, preparing them with business cards and new experiences for their first "real" role in the workforce. Our InPacement® cadets work on our programs and the phone, connecting with real business, while at the same time handing-out their CVs. It is not much different to and outplacement program except with a positive approach towards introducing our people to work rather than outplacing them from their employment!

A colleague of ours, recently made redundant, commented "I love your InPlacement® program for Youth. I know that many "victims" like me of the Global Financial Meltdown, would certainly benefit from a similar program for those with grey hair". We welcome one and all to join our various InPlacement® programs; be-it junior or senior.
