If you employ staff considered the "Y" generation.... be worried, be very worried!

Not that there is anything wrong with this generation, in fact the opposite is true.

Just that they play with different rules, rules most Baby-boomers do not understand, are scared of and subconsciously sabotage. (You would have heard a colleague utter "well, today's generation cannot stay in a job for more than a few months". If so we recommend you ask your colleague to look at themselves rather than the youth!)

In a nutshell, most Gen Y's operate from the Purpose of their Essence not from the Greed of Ego! As a result, Gen Y's are born Leaders! And so if the organisational Values are not shared by the young employee or the organisation is not true to its values, then most youth will quit their job... simple!
