Now that we have all gotten used to the Global Financial Meltdown (aka Crises), what is the real impact? There are two key outcomes that impact Entrepreuners:

  1. A number of very capable Executives have been made redundant (and not necessarily because of the quality of their work).
  2. Big business is no more necessarily a secure or reliable business.

Now there are many great large organisations that will continue to prosper. However, importantly, those driven by Greed and Ego, are on the way out, independent of how large or small they are.

A great opportunity exists today for Small & Medium business to take advantage of very capable talent, unfortunately out of work through no fault of their own. Also many of these executives will be the organisations of tomorrow as they embark on their own dream-company projects driven by their passion and purpose rather than greed. Furthermore, we anticipate more and more investors will shy away from the big-end-of-town, choosing instead to invest in smaller orgaisations whose values and objectives they respect.
