In addition she has worked in the U.S.A., U.K., Ireland, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, Indonesia, Korea and China. She is a foundation National Board member of the Customer Service Institute of Australia and has been the principal evaluator for the National Awards for the Australian Customer Service Association.
