Much has been written about Change.

One would think that this is something new invented as a result of the Industrial Revolution.Change is a constant without which evolution would not exist. So organisational change is merely a statement of fact and the only 2 options are:

  • pretend change is not happening, resist it and create a dinosaur
  • harness change and ensure your whole organisation is in lock-step creating its future

No prizes for guessing the right answer!

CxO Consulting has no change program as such. Change is in everything we do, as without change there is no progress. Our programs are in effect a process of positively harnessing and deploying change, empowered, created, supported and endorsed by the team as one.

By endorsing the insightful feedback from our teams, who intimately know our customers, we not only send a clear message that we value them and their input, more importantly, we develop products and strategies that reflect our customers' real needs. Now that's a novel idea!
