As Divisional Manager responsible for new projects at Australia's AAA equivalent (with 2million members), he implemented changes to existing Membership products improving net profitability by $25 million; he deployed new, and reconfigured existing initiatives that added $40 million in cost reduction and accelerated revenues. At Macquarie Corporate Telecommunications as National Business and Technical Services Manager, Bruce and his team of 12 Account Manager and 19 Telco Infrastructure Engineers successfully managed 300 key Corporate Accounts and increased staff performance by 15%. Whilst on assignment in the UK, Bruce saved 50% by recommending a new Least Cost Routing methodology and conceptualized and deployed products that would add $10m to the business over the next 4 years for Premiere Technologies Europe, amongst other achievements.
